I thought I should introduce myself by way of my experience so far. My kundalini experienced started about 4-5 years ago but was interrupted by chemotherapy which seemed to set me back to the start of the process.
Now, a couple of years since chemo, my kundalini seems (at least to me) to have reached my third eye (again) though there seem to be new factors which may be blocking it (at least for now) from moving into the higher chakras where I sensed it was before (though I may be misinterpreting this previous experience). My chakras seem to be clear enough most of the time (I live in the countryside and try to practice mindfulness and clearing most days) but my colour sense seems to vary between green and violet, having previously been yellow and white.
I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have before (as if 30 years younger, in some ways) and see this as a great blessing.
I’m not a particular fan of in person or internet ‘zoom’ meetings but am certainly interested to know how folk with more experience choose to try and direct themselves.
all is well

Thanks for the welcome and your experience, Alan.
It’s good to hear that others have very similar experiences.
My experience also includes the ‘automatic’ positions that you refer to. In my case they typically resemble yoga positions (particularly personal variants on the tree position) and these sometimes occur automatically during the transition between asleep and fully awake.
It certainly seems to me that we (all living entities) are indeed one and that all is well, always.
