Hello, everybody! My name is Alejandro, I'm a 28 years old male from Guatemala, in Latin America. I've been looking for Kundalini guidance for a long time and haven't found any experts in the field that know how to direct and guide the energy.
I have been going through an unexpected and sudden Kundalini awakening since the start of january of past year, and it has been tremendously difficult, traumatic and chaotic as I wasn't prepared for it. Right now I'm in a very unstable situation that even limits my daily living and my own capabilities. I'm looking for grounding, knowledge, integration and stability.
I'm asking if you have any recommendation for an available and seriousKundalini teacher, master or expert that has experience working with Kundalini syndrome and the difficulties related to it and with people going through Kundalini awakening, because I've been going through psychotherapy already but that hasn't resolved the energetic issues (and pranic issues too) that I still have, as you would know those had to do with other matters. I don't have the experience or resources for dealing with my current situation, as you would suppose. I know maybe I'm asking for too much but I have faith it's not impossible to find the right kind of guidance.
I would greatly appreciate help since I'm in a distressing situation.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration in advance. I'm grateful for the opportunity.
My best wishes and blessings to you,
Alejandro
Hi Alejandro,
Just to add to Yvonne's very informative reply. At the Kundalini Collective we are in the process of compiling a list of members who are offering one to one support to people going through difficult kundalini awakenings. We hope to be able to publish a list by the end of this month
Also as Yvonne mentioned we have a regular zoom meet up; and this could be a good opportunities to meet other members and get support and helpful suggestions. The next one will be at the end of this month or beginning of February. Information will be on the Events section of the website and you can get a notification by going to events and click on "follow!.
You might also find some of the literature/videos useful by following the links in the Support section of the website.
With warmest wishes
Craig holiday holds kundalini support groups once a week on a Wednesday 5pm British time till 6.30 you have to go back n his website and donate $15 to join he is a very experienced teacher who has been through it many years ago, he also has a fb support group. I attend all of these and they have been a life saver for me literally! He also does a satsang on Sunday nights but it is 2am British time. He does 1:1 sessions but there is always a wait to see him but the groups are a good place for questions with him. There is other teachers such as matthew Pallett and Brent spirit and there is another forum called when lightning strikes which is also kundalini support group. This forum holds monthly groups as well. I have been going through this for 21 month now and it is very challenging but also weirdly wonderful!
