Hi,
It's getting to the point now where the energy really isn't letting up. Every time I think I'm in crisis mode and reach out to people, the energy escalates even more. I don't see the point in talking to anyone any more, because what can anyone really do?
TLDR: I've been out of work for nearly a year and I've just come back to the UK from travelling abroad, mainly following and teaching yoga as I try to integrate this into my lifestyle; going back into the corporate world is just not feasible at all. This energy has really been moving for the past two years. This energy has reached a point now, especially the glossolalia (past 12 months) and physical movement (spontaneous Asanas, Mudras, spasms/contortions), where it (understandably) scares some people who are around it, and consequently had problems - even in "spiritual" communities.
In terms of ideas, where do people literally go to when this energy really starts moving? No ideas are off limits, a caravan on a hill in Wales or a monastary in Asia somewhere? Love to hear your experiences and what helped when you felt a bit overwhelmed. It's hard to meet people in person who actually understand this.
Thanks and love to everyone,
Pete
I don't know where to go - I'm not so limitless in my travel, but mostly stay in one city.
About an energy - you could redefine energy, including calmness, relaxation etc. Make relaxation an important part of your meditation. Imagine that your energy is hitting somewhere, creating antienergy - when you define this part, which does not serve you, as antienergy, and meditate on it's nature, presence, attributes, etc., you might get more advanced view, which also avoids excess.
In Buddhist theory of material world, particularly 5 elements, the elements are like vibration levels of physical world, connected to lower 5 chakras more or less. In this part of buddhism, not only lack, but lack and excess are discussed. Identify, what is this force shaking you - either Fire, Air, Water, Earth or Space. Which one you have excess of. Then find meditations to get those things in balance.
In my meditations, when I energize one part of my body, sometimes it creates tension or pain in other part. It was very hard to get more holistic view, meditating first on this other part, and finally on the whole circle. Your energy does not particularly energize others for example - meditate on their energy as well, not only yours, and make it a circle of yours, a karmic circle, where what seems energy to you, seems to be it for others, too.
Meditate on relaxation, process of sleep, process of death - the reasons and nature of all those processes, which you use to relax.
